Our Mission

Real Plastic Heroes exists to produce affordable, high quality action figures for children which encourage imaginative, patriotic play.  More than just a great toy, Real Plastic Heroes is an opportunity to:

  • Educate Americans about the last 20+ years of combat in the Global War on Terror.
  • Honor veterans and provide a platform for them to speak candidly about their experience in the military.
  • Forge a connection between America's warfighters and our country's youth.
  • Inspire young Americans to achieve great things.
  • Support initiatives that will strengthen our country and improve the effectiveness of our military, as well as the health and well being of military personnel, both active and retired.

There are a few quotes from our country's first president and most famous general which near perfectly align with our mission:

George Washington Portrait

  • "If we desire to avoid insult, we must be able to repel it; if we desire to secure peace, one of the most powerful instruments of our rising prosperity, it must be known, that we are at all times ready for War." - George Washington, December 13, 1793

  • "My first wish is, to see this plague of mankind banished from the earth, and the sons and daughters of this world employed in more pleasing and innocent amusements, than in preparing implements, and exercising them, for the destruction of mankind." - George Washington, July 25, 1785

  • "In politics, as in philosophy, my tenets are few and simple.  The leading one of which, and indeed that which embraces most others, is to be honest and just ourselves and do exact it from others, meddling as little as possible in their affairs where our own are not involved.  If this maxim was generally adopted, wars would cease, and our swords would soon  be converted into reap hooks and our harvests be more peaceful, abundant, and happy" - George Washington

  • "However [political parties] may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely, in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion." - George Washington, September 16, 1796

  • "The willingness with which our young people are likely to serve in any war, no matter how justified, shall be directly proportional to how they perceive veterans of earlier wars were treated and appreciated by our nation." - George Washington, 1789
